Barry serves as managing partner for Bobbitt Law where he concentrates his focus of practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, and Catastrophic Injury and Death.
Barry is intensely committed to fighting for the rights and dignity of those who are the victims of injustice at the hands of corporate and governmental interests.
When he’s not working, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and taking mission trips with his church.

Jonathan Michell is a former prosecutor who has successfully taken over one hundred criminal cases to trial in his career. Jonathan is fiercely determined to help clients beat their charges and is known as an aggressive and effective attorney at trial. Jonathan is also well respected by the judges and prosecutors with whom he works daily in Dallas County.
Jonathan was born in Texas but grew up in San Francisco and southern California before returning to Texas with his family. He has a degree in Music Performance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. During law school Jonathan served internships with both the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office and the Denton County District Attorney’s Office.
After law school Jonathan joined the Guadalupe County Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor, and set the record in that office for the longest consecutive winning streak at trial (25 months). In addition to trial work, Jonathan handled hundreds of cases referred to him for prosecution by over a dozen law enforcement agencies, and was recognized by the Texas District and County Attorneys Association for his successful handling of a “case of first impression” before the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio. He also served as the police advisor and assistant city attorney for the City of Mesquite.
This development of in-court and out-of-court skills and his experience as a former prosecutor has given Jonathan a unique perspective in the landscape of criminal defense. When he is not in the courtroom, Jonathan enjoys spending time with family, supporting the Dallas Cowboys, and playing with his dog!

Ben was born in Austin, Texas. He has handled thousands of criminal cases in his career. He began representing indigent clients in Wichita Falls in 2004. He represented hundreds of clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases. In 2007, he joined the City of Dallas as a prosecutor. There he prosecuted all manner of traffic offenses and city code violations. In 2011, he began representing the indigent in Dallas County where he defended people accused of misdemeanors. Ben has the experience necessary to provide Bobbitt Law clients with the best advice.
Ben is a fluent Spanish speaker. He has represented many Latin Americans who know little about the criminal justice system. He takes extra time to explain the client’s options because the process can be intimidating.

Jason Foster was born and raised in in Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television and Film and received membership into the Golden Key National Honor Society. He earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he received a concentration certificate in Administrative Law. During law school, he volunteered with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and interned with one of the top entertainment law firms in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jason Foster began his legal career working for the indigent at the Dallas Offices of Northwest Texas Legal Aid, he then began work as a prosecutor for the City of Dallas. As a prosecutor Jason handled all aspects of misdemeanor traffic violations and city code violations. Jason has litigated and tried hundreds of cases, including misdemeanor and felony cases, as well as family law and civil disputes. His knowledge of the trial process, courtroom demeanor, and comforting attitude provides our clients with a complete understanding of their legal matter in what can be a very difficult and emotional time.
